Current situation on the Slovak energy market was the central topic of the May discussion of the ENERGOKLUB^® experts platform, which was attended by, among other guests, the Chairman of the Regulatory Office Andrej Juris, the President of the Energy Supplier Association Jana Ambrošová and renowned analyst Ján Pišta.

Seriousness of current developments in the energy market stems from trend from the last year of increasing electricity and natural gas prices on wholesale exchanges. This year it was remarked by the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Not only suppliers but also other market players are at risk. Participants of the discussion dealt with the issue of extraordinary regulation and the ongoing results of the public consultation of the Regulatory Office on crisis measures in unregulated market.
