The hybrid seminar organized by our colleagues responsible for Seminars and the ENERGOKLUB® platform created a unique opportunity for over 80 participants to gain new insights and engage in discussions with experts regarding the amendment to the electricity market rules, which entered into force on January 1, 2024. The rule adjustment stemmed from the Regulatory Office for Network Industries (ÚRSO) and presents several significant changes for participants in the electricity market. The key theme of the event's program was innovations related to the responsibility chain for deviation and changes in the balance group. The seminar's expert guest was Ing. Peter Čulen from OKTE, a.s., and within the program, our colleagues from the development department, Tomáš Bartek and Patrik Rzavský, also delivered lectures. The participants were aware of determining the final electricity consumption when applying tariffs for system operation (TPS) and tariffs for system services (TSS).

We are pleased that the seminar offered statements by experts on all questions arising from the current legislative amendment. We thank all who contributed to the organization of the successful event.
