sféra, a.s. has successfully completed Partner Diligence Compliance program which is covered by external agency Integrity Interactive.
HP developed this new program for business partners in order to their education in legal requirements in business with HP and duties in accordance with various legislation in connection to compliance with business and anticorruption practices, including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
Completion of the program is one of the conditions to be a HP partner in 2011.
