Life Defender – Ochranca života

On February 4, 2021 SFÉRA, a.s., as applicant, signed an agreement with the Research Agency on the provision of non-repayable financial contribution for the project "Life Defender – Ochranca života". Project will be implemented in cooperation with partner Bizzcom, s.r.o., as part of a call for applications for non-repayable financial contribution to support mobilization and use of potential of research institutions to fight against the COVID-19 pandemic and reduce the negative consequences of pandemic (OPII-VA/DP/2020/9.4-01).

The aim of the research project is experimental development of software platform and hardware that will integrate data on entrances to premises and indoor activities, data on treatment in home quarantine, data collection from COVID-19 testing and disinfection of premises into a unified information system called Life Defender – Ochranca života.

The vision is a multi-purpose use of the system to protect human health, care in domestic quarantine, collection of data on visitors to public and commercial premises and indoor activities, automation of coronavirus testing and disinfection of premises not only that are not only related to COVID-19, but also in case of emergence of any other pandemic in the future.
