IGCC (International Grid Control Cooperation) is an implementation project, in which cooperate 17 transmission system operators from several European countries. The project was selected by ENTSO-E to be the future European platform for process of imbalance settlement among countries (platform IN).

We are glad that also thanks to our information system Slovenská elektrizačná prenosová sústava, a. s., from 13.5.2020 became an active participant of system IGCC.

Such membership entitles it to contribute to cooperation and thus optimization of costs for covering imbalance of actual losses of purchased electricity volume of transmission system operators participated in the system IGCC.
