We signed an important agreement within GLOBAL 5, which is the base for strategic partners cooperation with members of MOL group. The aim is to create long-term partnership, where the MOL and its subsidiaries and partners companies will use expert knowledge, material and services from our company.
Instant interest of contracting parties is to create the partnership and to develop their co-operation for common profit in the future and to realize them with new conditions.
The first accomplishment is conclusion of the General Contract between sféra, a.s. and Slovnaft, a.s. for 5 years, about delivering technical and technological support for information system TIS which is based on XMatik^®.NET successfully implemented in Slovnaft, a.s. more than 12 years.
