Within the project International Center of Excellence for Research of Intelligent and Secure Information Communication Technologies and Systems - II. Stage company SFÉRA created the MicroGridBox^® user tool for creating and modifying graphic models representing microgrids and their integration into simulation and monitoring software.

On 31/05/2023, the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic registered the EU word trademark (Journal of the Office of the Slovak Republic No. 10/2023): MicroGridBox^®.
