    Integration of Modern Software Tools for More Efficient Order Processing and Warehouse Management

    In cooperation with the Slovak Centre for Digital Innovations (SCDI), an organization supporting the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, our company implemented a project focused on improving the internal processes of OOPSS, spol. s r.o.

    OOPSS is among the companies that process hundreds of e-shop orders on a daily basis. To keep pace with the growing demands of their clients, they needed their software tools to operate faster, more accurately, and more efficiently. They were looking for ways to simplify and streamline processes while reducing costs.

    The team at SFÉRA a.s. prepared a detailed analysis of the existing tools and proposed an optimization plan. The objective was to simplify the systems in use, consolidate them, and enhance data outputs to enable better decision-making.

    • elimination of inefficient manual steps

    • implementation of high-quality analytical insights

    • faster and more accurate order processing

    The project demonstrated that modernizing software tools can significantly improve logistics efficiency and provide higher-quality service to both e-shops and their customers
