SFÉRA,a.s., has once again established itself in a tough competitive environment. After winning the tender for supply of a solution for asset management, it signed a contract with the Žilina self-governing region.

The aim is to ensure the central registration, administration and maintenance of the property of the Žilina self-governing region, which consists of more than 800 buildings and 1,300 km of roads.

Provided solution is based on the XMatik^®/EAM:

• provides a comprehensive view of the property and its condition,
• ensure the registration and automatic planning of VTZ tests in accordance with legislation,
• reduce the cost of running individual organizations through energy management.

Provided system is a modular solution with the possibility of future extensions to other areas and activities of self-government. Choice of a cloud solution as a service is a modern and efficient way to procure software.
