Getting status of a qualified supplier declares that legal entity can fulfill the role of a supplier according to the standards for guarantees in supplier-customer relations. Enrollment in the list (List of Approved Economic Operators) is carried out by the Ministry of Regional Development and is subject to compliance with the requirements of the Czech Republic Act on Public Procurement.

The list provides not only information, but also an official extract from the List of Approved Economic Operators.  As SFÉRA, a.s., conducts its activities not only in Slovakia, among customers of the company are also strategic companies of neighboring countries. By registering in the list of qualified suppliers, we will achieve more effective documenting of documentary requirements within the framework of public procurement contracts in Czech Republic.
