In April, our company SFÉRA participated in the FEI JobFair 2026 career fair at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology of STU in Bratislava.
At the event, our HR team – Lucia Hacúrová, Ivana Iľová, Janka Tutková and Matúš Biely – represented the company and introduced students to SFÉRA, our direction and the projects we are currently working on.
During the fair, they had the opportunity to meet many talented students from technical fields, discuss their expectations and present real career opportunities at SFÉRA. The strong interest in our projects and job positions confirmed that connecting academia with practice is highly valuable for both sides.
We were especially pleased by the visit of our CEO, Michal Minárik, whose story is closely connected to this career event. It was at the STU FEI job fair during his studies that he was first approached by colleagues from SFÉRA – marking the beginning of his professional journey within the company.
Starting as a junior programmer intern, he gradually progressed through various technical and managerial roles to his current position as CEO. His story demonstrates that SFÉRA offers space for long-term professional and personal growth.
Our participation in FEI JobFair 2026 once again confirmed that personal interaction with students is an important part of developing future talent and supporting the growth of the IT community in Slovakia.
