Ing. Martin Holiš, PhD. is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, where he earned his Master’s degree in Instrumentation, Information, and Automation Technology. In 2001, he completed his doctoral studies in Automation and Control, specialising in process control.

He has been working at SFÉRA, a.s. since 2002, having held various expert and managerial positions. Since 2025, he has held the position of Services Director. Throughout his career, he has been involved in major projects for large industrial enterprises in the energy and transport sectors.

He has extensive experience in team leadership, project coordination, business analysis, and the design of technical solutions. In the past, he focused on the development of software applications, system integration, and communication with technical equipment. As a service manager and later as Executive Director of the Services Division, he was responsible for team management, task coordination, and service development based on the company’s solutions.

In his work, he applies a systematic approach, technical expertise, and the ability to bridge analytical and development activities with customer needs. His long-standing career in IT and energy is a testament to his professionalism, reliability, and ability to deliver innovative, high-value-added solutions.
