Ing. Ing. Michaela Naništová graduated from the Faculty of Economic Informatics at the University of Economics in Bratislava, earning an engineering degree in accounting and business informatics. She has over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and business process management.

Since 2008, she has been with SFÉRA, a.s., holding various professional and managerial positions. She currently leads the Finance Department, overseeing comprehensive accounting operations, preparation of financial statements and audit documentation, as well as the management and optimisation of financial processes. In her role, she implements new procedures and coordinates team activities with a focus on efficient use of human resources.

Previously, she was also involved in the field of training and development, where she collaborated with company leadership to define competency requirements for specific roles, plan and organise training activities, and evaluate their effectiveness.

Her professional expertise includes managerial and tax accounting, consolidation of financial statements, internal auditing, and process automation. She applies an analytical approach, systematic work methods, and a strong focus on quality, emphasising sustainable practices and support for the company’s strategic growth.
