Ing. Michal Minárik is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. He has been with SFÉRA, a.s. since 2007, holding various technical and managerial positions over the years. Since September 12, 2025, he has served as Managing Director.

He brings extensive experience in software solution development, system architecture design, and software project management. He has contributed to the implementation of key solutions for electricity market operators, transmission and distribution system operators, electricity and gas suppliers, as well as other major companies, particularly in the energy and railway sectors.
