Register of wholesale energy market participants who are required to report data regularly under the REMIT Regulation.

Reporting from market participants

Market participants report information on wholesale electricity and gas transactions that were concluded outside of organized market. Transmission system operator provides information on cross-border nominations and transfers. Reporting obligation is done manually by filling web form or file import, or thourgh automated interface for integration of external trading systems.

Reporting from organized market

Trading transactions on day-ahead and intraday organized market are reported automatically through integration of trading platform into a reporting system. Market participants no longer need to inform about transactions in their reports.

Transfer of data to ACER

System uses a certified automated interface for direct communication with the ACER ARIS information system. It will submit all information obtained from market participants and organized market in aggregated form and in prescribed formats for further analysis and monitoring of market transparency.

Settlement of provided services

Reporting service can be charged at a fixed monthly rate in combination with a variable rate for each reported transaction. Pricing can be defined for categories of market participants according to the number of transactions reported per month.
