Our XMatik®/EAM software system is in operation at one of the largest public asset managers in Slovakia, the Žilina Self-Governing Region (ŽSK).

The project aimed to implement a modern, interconnected Enterprise Asset Management system that would provide accurate and uniform data on the assets of all ŽSK departments and would also be a source of timely and relevant information necessary for managerial decision-making regarding ŽSK assets, as well as for the control environment.

Our software developers have developed a custom-tailored integrated system that supports electronic recording, management and maintenance of assets. The key feature of the system is modularity, allowing the expansion or reduction of system modules, thereby achieving higher efficiency in working with data.

The solution built on the XMatik®/EAM platform was implemented as SaaS in a cloud infrastructure located in Slovakia. The system is available to users via both desktop and web interfaces and offers modular extensions that we have adapted to the specific needs of ŽSK.
