Some things at SFÉRA are changing, but our long-term focus on research and development remains unchanged. We continue to pursue a clear direction—investing in innovation, technology, and people. That is why we are entering the fifth year of cooperation with KInIT – the Kempelen Institute of Intelligent Technologies – and elevating this partnership to a new, strategic level.

SFÉRA, a.s., and KInIT are entering the next phase of their partnership, which has been ongoing since the early stages of the establishment of this renowned research institution. The cooperation was confirmed by the signing of an Addendum to the Cooperation Agreement, focused on research, development, and innovation.

The signing of the addendum strengthens the shared vision of both partners and their long-term commitment to developing innovative solutions through research and development activities, primarily in the field of energy. On behalf of SFÉRA, a.s., the addendum was signed by Ing. Rastislav Krbaťa, Director of the Innovation Division; on behalf of KInIT, it was signed by Prof. Mária Bieliková, CEO of KInIT. Their signatures symbolize not only the formal framework of the cooperation, but also mutual trust and personal engagement in joint projects.

This long-term cooperation enables us to respond quickly to changes and address key challenges, making SFÉRA even more competitive. Together with KInIT, we thus contribute to strengthening Slovakia’s international competitiveness in the field of modern technologies and innovation.
