Ing. Tomáš Bartek is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, where he earned a degree in robotics engineering. He has been with SFÉRA, a.s. since 2006, progressing through various technical roles from software developer to Executive Director of Development. Since 2025, he has served as Development Director.

He brings extensive experience in developing software solutions for traders, distributors, and energy and commodity suppliers. His expertise covers system analysis, design, and implementation, team leadership, and user support for clients. Over the years, he has contributed to the creation of products that drive digital transformation in the energy sector.

As Director of Development, he is responsible for efficient team management, project coordination, resource optimisation, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. His approach emphasises continuous process improvement, fostering team collaboration, and driving technological innovation.

He combines analytical thinking, technical expertise, and the ability to align development activities with the company’s business goals. His long-standing tenure at SFÉRA, a.s. reflects his professionalism, consistency, and trusted expertise in enterprise information system development.
